The results presented are based on questions asked in the national public health survey: How much time do you spend in a normal week on physical training that leaves you out of breath - for example running, fitness training or ball sports? How much time do you spend in a normal week on daily activities - for example walking, cycling, or gardening? How much time do you spend sitting during a normal day, not counting sleep? The national public health survey is a sample survey of the country's population aged 16 and older. The population aged 16 to 84 are covered before 2021. From 2021, individuals aged 25 and older are included in the statistics. Over the period 2010-2020, individuals aged 25-84 years are included in the statistics. Over the period 2004-2009, individuals aged 25-74 years are included in the statistics.
