Statistiken inkluderar all försäljning på recept och dosdispensering av tandläkare till personer folkbokförda i respektive område. Ett recept motsvarar en expedierad varurad på apotek. Antal invånare hämtas från SCB i februari varje år. Dessa gäller då retroaktivt från januari och hela året ut. Under januari, innan data finns hos SCB gäller fjolårsdata. Total antibiotikaförsäljning för systemiskt bruk anges som J01 inklusive metronidazol (P01AB01). Statistiken innehåller relevanta preparat som används i tandvården för att behandla infektioner. För totalförsäljning visas data från och med år 2010 och för andra preparat visas data från 2019. Källa: Concise, E-hälsomyndigheten.
