The results presented are based on questions asked in the national public health survey: How much time do you spend in a normal week on physical training that leaves you out of breath - for example running, fitness training or ball sports? How much time do you spend in a normal week on daily activities - for example walking, cycling, or gardening? How much time do you spend sitting during a normal day, not counting sleep? The national public health survey is a sample survey of the country's population aged 16 and older. The population aged 16 to 84 are covered before 2021. The values presented are not adjusted for age. No statistics for Gotland are presented in the multi-year average for 2018-2021 and 2019-2022 due to few observations. The multi-year average for the period 2021-2024 does not include the results for the extra survey 2021.
